Installation Guidelines for Inverters
Mounting Location:
- Ensure the inverter is installed on a wall or sturdy structure capable of supporting its weight.
Installation Angle:
- Install the inverter vertically, maintaining a maximum tilt of +/- 5°. Tilting beyond this angle can hinder heat dissipation and may lead to lower than expected output power.
Clearance Requirements:
- Maintain a minimum clearance of 12 inches between multiple inverters or other objects in the vicinity.
- The bottom of the inverter should be positioned at least 20 inches above the ground.
- The front side of the inverter should have a clearance of 12 inches from any adjacent objects.
Visibility:
- Ensure that the LED status indicator lights and the LCD display on the front panel of the inverter are easily visible for monitoring purposes.
Ventilation:
- Provide adequate ventilation if the inverter is to be installed in a confined space to prevent overheating.
